1. Nature of Services

We provide digital services including:

  • PF (Provident Fund) related help

  • Job guidance & consultation

  • Phone call support / personal guidance

  • Online assistance services

  • Recharge / service-based tasks

All services are non-physical and delivered digitally or via call/support.


2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway

  • Accepted methods:

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets

Payment once made is considered final.


3. Refund Policy (Very Important)

  • All payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed under any condition

  • This includes:

    • PF services

    • Call consultation

    • Guidance services

    • Recharge services

👉 Reason: These are instant / effort-based digital services


4. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation is allowed after payment

  • Once service is started or scheduled, it cannot be cancelled


5. Service Delivery

  • Services are delivered via:

    • Phone call

    • WhatsApp

    • Online communication

  • Timeframe:

    • Within 1 hour to 24 hours after payment (depending on service)


6. User Responsibility

  • User must provide correct details (phone number, PF details, etc.)

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Wrong information provided by user

    • Delay caused due to incomplete details
